DISTRICT COURT JUDGE ORDERS TRUMP TO RESUME BIDEN PRACTICE OF DRIVING AROUND, THROWING THE PUBLIC'S MONEY OUT THE WINDOW

WASHINGTON (AP) — District Court Judge Adelphi Finn-Rubrick-Hines held that DOGE had no right to stop the Biden Administration’s “Drive-By Inflation Reduction Act,” where President Biden rode around the Beltway in the presidential limousine and hurled cash, amounting to billions of dollars of taxpayer money, at passersby idly standing around.

The judge said it was “outrageous” that the practice was halted. “That cash,” they declared choking back tears, “is needed by underserved communities that have suffered the ravages of Trump administration policies. It is essential that the handouts be in cash so that they don’t have to report the money on their tax returns--those who actually file.” The judge condemned “dangerous ideations” that the recipients of the money are somehow “undeserving” of it.

Senator Chuck Schumer blasted Elon Musk for targeting the Drive-By program. “Trump and Musk are taking money earmarked for ordinary, albeit indeterminate masses of people, and they’re hand-delivering it to their billionaire friends instead.”

EDITOR’S CORRECTION: A previous version of this story identified Judge Adelphi Finn-Rubrick-Hines as a Biden appointee. While that is correct, it is the policy and practice of the Associated Press not to reveal the identities of Democratic presidents who appointed judges ruling against the Trump administration.
