The city is exploring the possibility of opening the North Shore connector tunnel being dug under the Allegheny River by a giant tunnel-boring machine so fans can go there to watch the Stanley Cup final games played in Detroit."A plus is that the tunnel can hold a lot of fans," explained Mayor Ravenstahl. "The minus is that it's really spooky down there."
